Reporting an Incident

  • Incident reported by employee and logged in Case Management System. An investigation is launched by Report It Now’s Protected Disclosure Officer (PDO). Notification is sent to your organisation’s Report It Now representative and
  • The reportee is interviewed for further clarification on the incident. This also enables our qualified PDO’s to gauge the demeanor and assess the report to ensure a full understanding of the situation is obtained.
  • Working to your organisation’s company policy and guidelines, our PDO will complete a full synopsis of the incident to be presented to your ethics committee. All reports are sanitized and prioritized by our PDO’s through the Report It Now secure CM portal.
  • Follow up by Report It Now™ with further education and support available.
