FAQ's - Employers

Why should organisations have a 'hotline' service?

There have been a number of high profile fraud cases in recent times, and research has revealed that 40% of detected fraud has resulted from a ‘tip-off', making them the leading method of fraud detection.

A recent international study of hotline effectiveness found -

  • 65% of reports to a hotline warranted further investigation
  • 10% of reports involved corruption or fraud
  • In 71% of cases, hotline reports were the first notification of issues.
  • Companies with a hotline cut fraud losses in half.

Report-It-Now provides people with the system to report incidents and actions that concern them.
