Is the service anonymous and confidential?
Absolutely. We protect and respect the anonymity of the discloser as well as the confidentiality of the information/report.

If an incident is reported, what happens next?
A detailed and confidential report is compiled by a Report-It-Now representative and forwarded to a nominated Company contact person/ethics committee.
What geographic coverage does Report-It-Now provide?
Report-It-Now is international, as long as reportees have access to a telephone or internet connection, they can contact us.
Is it 24/7 contact service?
Yes.
Is it only for employees?
No, often information comes from a range of sources including public, suppliers, contractors and other stakeholders.
Is Report-It-Now a New Zealand Company?
Yes, it is wholly NZ owned.
Is it free to call from my mobile phone?
Yes, it is a toll free 0800 contact number.
Do you record or trace calls?
No, though notes are taken by the interviewer through the phone discussion.
